Unlock records and repeat access
Your first successful unlock of a real resource creates a record in your account. This includes free resources. A credit unlock spends the amount you confirmed. With a valid existing unlock, you can request links again without another credit charge when the resource’s status, delivery channels, and your account’s access conditions allow it. If the resource is no longer publicly listed, check its access state in Account → My brushes. The record helps you return to the files after changing devices or ask support to repair delivery.
A link request does not confirm a completed file download. Once you open the external cloud drive, Brushory does not record whether the file finished transferring. If the link opens but the file is missing, use the resource’s problem-report action after signing in. If its public page is no longer available, contact support. Repeating the unlock will not repair delivery.
Purchased credits and membership allowance
Purchased credits have no expiry. Membership provides an allowance for each membership month, and any unused amount expires at the end of that period without rolling over. Your account shows the balances separately so you can distinguish credits with no expiry from allowance for the current membership month.
Suppose a resource costs 12 credits and accepts both membership allowance and purchased or restored credits. In this example, you have 8 credits of active membership allowance, 10 purchased credits and no restored credits. The quote uses 8 from the allowance and 4 purchased credits. If the resource accepts only purchased or restored credits, the full 12 must come from that balance. This account has only 10 credits in that balance, so it would not have enough. These numbers show the calculation; they are not a resource price or plan offer.
An unlock can use only the balance sources enabled for that resource. Among the permitted balances, membership allowance with the earliest expiry is used first, followed by purchased or restored credits. If the price changes, or the amount drawn from purchased or restored credits exceeds the limit you confirmed, the unlock stops for a new review. If your eligible balance is insufficient, the transaction does not make a partial charge.
Membership allowance and renewal
Stripe monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout. Cancel renewal in your account; paid membership time remains available. WeChat and Alipay membership purchases are one-time payments. Existing one-time orders keep their original terms. Membership provides 120 credits each membership month. Unused allowance expires at that month’s end and does not roll over. An annual payment opens twelve monthly allowance periods, not 1,440 credits at once. Monthly windows follow the paid term’s UTC start date, clipped to month end where necessary. A failed renewal grants no new period. Start a subscription after existing prepaid terms end. Additional membership purchases are blocked during an ongoing subscription; a one-time purchase extends existing prepaid terms without topping up the current month.
A valid unlock remains after membership ends, so returning to that resource does not require another credit charge. Access still depends on the resource’s status, an available delivery channel, and your account’s access conditions. If a link fails, report it after signing in, or contact support if the resource page is no longer public.
Resource problems and payment questions
If you have a resource problem, sign in and report it from the resource page. Include the file or channel involved and what happened. If the page is no longer public, contact support with the resource name. After reviewing the issue, support may repair access or restore the credits spent on an affected unlock that has not been revoked. Restored credits have no expiry, and that unlock is revoked. The defined credit packs offer 50 credits for $2.99, 120 for $5.99, and 300 for $12.99. Monthly membership is $4.99; annual membership is $39.99. Both release 120 credits per membership month. Stripe memberships renew automatically; WeChat and Alipay are one-time purchases. These plans are defined, but purchases remain closed until the resource library, payment checks, and required operating approvals are ready. A disabled purchase button does not create an order.
Trace a balance you do not recognize
Find the resource’s unlock record, then compare the credit movements in your account. Check which membership month was active and whether purchased or restored credits covered a remainder. Expired membership allowance is different from a reduction in your credits with no expiry. The separate balances and entries help you follow what happened.
When contacting support, include the resource page, any related order number, and the amounts you saw before and after the change. Do not send a payment-card number or sign-in code. These details help support check whether the issue is a display delay, an allowance that expired, a first unlock, or a delivery problem.
