BRUSH DETAILS & IMPORT GUIDES

Privacy and page-view settings

How Brushory uses service records and how to change this browser's page-view setting.

Account and service records

We store your email address, display name, language preference, and, if you use Google sign-in, your linked Google account identifier. We also keep session, order, payment reference, credit, membership, unlock, favorite, link-request, and support-report records. These records let us provide access, protect accounts, and investigate payment or delivery issues. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card details.

Sign-in and external services

Google handles Google sign-in. Resend receives your email address and sign-in email to deliver the code. Stripe processes one-time card payments and recurring memberships using the account and order references, subscription reference, and product pricing information we provide, together with the payment details you enter in its checkout. Brushory receives customer, subscription, invoice, and payment references and billing status from Stripe to manage renewal, cancellation, and paid membership periods. Xunhu and the WeChat Pay or Alipay service you choose process their payment transactions. These payment providers handle the payment information you submit under their own privacy notices. Cloud-drive links take you to the named provider, whose rules apply to your account and download activity there. Resource previews and their private original images are stored in Brushory's configured media storage.

Essential storage and page-view settings

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in for up to fourteen days. We store hashes of email sign-in codes and session tokens; email codes expire after ten minutes. Google authorization state also expires after ten minutes. Cloud-drive links are stored encrypted. Short-lived, hashed rate-limit keys help protect sensitive actions. Your browser stores your theme choice and any page-view preference you set.

Your page-view choice

Brushory counts views of public pages by default to help improve the site. We save daily totals by language, public page path, and broad source category: direct, search, or referral. These totals count page views, not unique visitors. The counting request sends no sign-in cookie, full referring address, query string, or URL fragment. The totals contain no account or visitor identifier. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across sites. Account, admin, and sign-in pages are excluded. Below, you can turn counting off or on without signing in. We keep a previous choice to turn it off. The preference applies to this browser and does not affect access to Brushory. Turning it off stops future counting requests; it does not remove individual views already combined into daily totals. Counts may be lower than actual visits if counting is disabled, a script is blocked, or a request fails or is rate-limited.

Retention and data requests

Routine maintenance removes expired authentication and rate-limit records. We keep account and service records for as long as needed to provide access and investigate transactions. Some records may need to remain for accounting, dispute resolution, or applicable obligations after an account request. Email support from the address on your account to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to ask which records must be retained. We may verify that you own the account before acting. We do not sell your personal data.

Privacy questions

For privacy questions, email the support address below. Do not send sign-in codes or sensitive information that we do not need. We will update this page when our data practices change materially.
